Raspberry Bliss Balls
I don't know about you, but I love, love, love the combination of tart and sweet flavors! Hello, Raspberry Bliss Balls, my take on the ever popular Energy Balls sprouting up everywhere and landing in the hands of every wellness junkie alive...well at least that seems the case to me.
I've marked these babies as my Valentines Day treat of choice not only because of their natural sweetness, but because of their benefits. The ingredients here are just right for nurturing the most intimate life giving parts of ourselves. Beyond supplying the body with energy they are are filled with nourishment for your most blissful endeavors.

Instructions:
1) Starting with 2tbsp of Coconut Milk combine all the ingredients together in a food processor.
2) Process until the ingredients combine together with a dough like consistency.
3) Remove the "dough" from the food processor and transfer to a non-metallic bowl and chill the dough by refrigerating for 30min (feel free to skip this step if you are short on time but chilling the "dough" will make for an easier time creating the balls).
4) Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll into 15 2 inch balls and set aside.
5) Using the a clean food processor add the freeze dried raspberries (I found mine at Trader Joe's) into the processor and process until a course powder is formed. Empty the powder into a sallow plate or dish.
6) Taking one balls at a time roll each one in the raspberry powder to coat the outside. Once complete place balls on a parchment lined tray and freeze at least 1 hour before enjoying. Best served chilled or soft frozen. Balls can be stored in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
